I had blogrush and it didn't do anything for me. Stumbleupon by far is the highest traffic generator, if you are lucky enough and someone thumbs-up your post.

You should add your blog toBlogrush and your blog posts to Stumbleupon, delicious, dotnetkicks too. This helps alot :)
