I thought about using outlook add-in for GTD but come on 70 bucks??? That's a rip off... I would pay $20 for it but no more.

I'm using an "Outlook Add-in for GTD which allows you to manage you email and tasks efficiently.

I'm also managing my agenda like you.

Take a look at our product, i.e. ActiveWords, and look at our Outlook agent, http://www.activewords.com/...

Also, look at our scripting materials. My guess is that you will be able to script a lot of things in Outlook.
